JJ LIN SANCTUARY 2.0 WORLD TOUR

JJ Lin Sanctuary 2.0 World Tour – Malaysia will take place this Saturday! Please take some time to read this event guide for what you need to know for a smooth experience.

Doors Open Time: 5:30pm
Show Time: 7:30pm

1. A large crowd is expected. Please arrive at least 1 hour earlier for security checks.
2. Kindly print out your ezyTicket before you arrive. We will NOT be able to scan directly from your mobile devices.
3. Please present and hold onto your own ticket. Each ticket admits only one.  
4. Re-entry is not allowed.
5. The entry gate is stated on each ticket under “Stadium Entrance”. Please queue at the correct entry gate.
6. Travel light and bring only what you need. Please refer to the list of prohibited items. Bags larger than A3 size (approximately 29cm x 42cm) are not allowed.
7. This is a rain or shine event.
8. No entry for infant in arms or children below 3 years old. Children 3 years and above will be required to purchase a ticket for entry.
9. TicketCharge is the only official ticketing agent for JJ Lin Sanctuary 2.0 World Tour – Malaysia. Any tickets purchased from third party websites and unauthorised resellers might result in void or invalid tickets. We strongly discourage such purchases.
10. All tickets are personalised. In the event of any ticket disputes, you would be required to present a copy of the photo ID and credit card that matches the name on the ticket.
11. TicketCharge box offices are located at Pintu A and Pintu C and will operate from 12noon to 8:30pm.
12. There would be no official merchandise for this concert.
13. An official lightstick would be provided for each patron when entering the venue.

National Stadium Bukit Jalil is allocated at Jalan Barat, Bukit Jalil, 57000 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur. As parking is limited at the National Stadium, we strongly encourage ticket holders to carpool.

Take a grab to LRT Bukit Jalil, Gate A. National Stadium Bukit Jalil is an 8 minute walk from the station.
